IP Quality 隐私政策

本隐私政策说明「IP Quality」（以下简称「本 App」）在你使用过程中如何处理数据。我们以「最小必要」为原则：本 App 没有自有服务器收集你的数据，不含任何广告或第三方追踪 SDK，不出售任何数据。

1. 本 App 处理的数据

1.1 公网 IP 与网络信息

当你发起「IP 质量检测」时，本 App 会通过你当前的网络连接，向第三方公开数据源 api.ipapi.is 发起查询，以获取你出口 IP 的归属、风险评分、运营商、地理位置等信息。此过程中你的公网 IP 地址会被发送至 ipapi.is。检测结果仅展示在当前页面，不会被本 App 上传或留存到任何由我们控制的服务器。

1.2 网络测速

「网络测速」会向测速节点收发测试流量以测量延迟、下载与上传速度。根据你设备所在时区，节点为 Cloudflare（全球）或中国电信上海测速节点。测试流量为无意义的填充数据，不包含你的个人内容。

1.3 本地存储

以下数据仅保存在你的设备本地（iOS UserDefaults），不会上传：

测速历史记录（你可在 App 内「测速历史」随时清空）
是否已完成首次引导的标记

2. 我们不收集、不做的事

不收集你的姓名、邮箱、账号或任何注册信息（本 App 无需注册登录）
不收集精确地理位置（不请求定位权限）
不收集用于广告追踪的设备标识符（无 IDFA、无广告 SDK）
不集成第三方分析或埋点 SDK
不出售、不交易任何数据

3. 第三方服务

上述第三方（ipapi.is、Cloudflare）会按其各自的隐私政策处理到达其服务器的请求（含你的 IP）。本 App 与这些第三方之间不共享你的身份信息。建议你查阅相关方的隐私政策了解详情。

4. 数据保留与删除

本 App 不在我们的服务器留存任何数据。设备本地的测速历史可在 App 内一键清空；卸载本 App 即清除全部本地数据。

5. 儿童隐私

本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会刻意收集其信息。

6. 政策变更

如本隐私政策有更新，我们会修改本页面并更新顶部的「最近更新」日期。

IP Quality — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how "IP Quality" (the "App") handles data when you use it. We follow a data-minimization principle: the App has no backend server collecting your data, contains no advertising or third-party tracking SDKs, and never sells any data.

1. Data the App Processes

1.1 Public IP & Network Information

When you run an "IP quality scan", the App queries the third-party public data source api.ipapi.is over your current network connection to retrieve your exit IP's reputation, risk score, carrier, and location. During this process your public IP address is sent to ipapi.is. Results are displayed only on-screen and are not uploaded to or retained on any server controlled by us.

1.2 Speed Test

The speed test exchanges test traffic with a measurement node to measure latency, download, and upload speed. Depending on your device's time zone, the node is Cloudflare (global) or a China Telecom Shanghai node. Test traffic is meaningless filler data and contains none of your personal content.

1.3 Local Storage

The following are stored only locally on your device (iOS UserDefaults) and are never uploaded:

Speed test history (you can clear it anytime under "Speed Test History")
A flag indicating whether you've completed onboarding

2. What We Do Not Collect / Do

No name, email, account, or registration data (the App requires no sign-up)
No precise location (the App requests no location permission)
No advertising identifiers (no IDFA, no ad SDKs)
No third-party analytics or telemetry SDKs
No selling or trading of any data

3. Third-Party Services

The third parties above (ipapi.is and Cloudflare) process requests reaching their servers (including your IP) under their own privacy policies. The App shares no identity information with them. Please review their respective privacy policies for details.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

The App retains no data on our servers. Local speed test history can be cleared in-app with one tap; uninstalling the App removes all local data.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.

6. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top.
